Upon receiving an item in the mail, you have 24 hours to notify me of any malfunctions or broken pieces/parts that were there upon receiving the item and I will be happy to look and see what I can do, however I AM NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR USPS DAMAGES or any damages caused by shipping.

Blue Roan Silver LLC is not responsible for any shipping delays or incorrect addresses. Please make sure you put in the correct address! If I notice any problems with the address provided I will reach out and do my best to communicate with you to fix it. Once the post office has your package it is no longer in my control, so should there ever be a lost package I will do my best to help recover it, but I can not refund you or exchange.

CUSTOMS

Customs must be paid in full, with payment plans available through my website. Once you have purchased a custom ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Please make sure you clearly communicate what you are wanting and once the final piece has been decided on, and paid for no changes can be made.

No holds on custom spots, if you come to me to get a custom and then do not pay you do not have a custom and I can not hold your spot.

I have the right to refuse service to anyone, if you have ghosted me, been extremely difficult or have caused problems for my business in an unprofessional manner I hold the right to refuse selling to you.
